DESCRIPTION:30th March 2020 \nClient Advice Sheet \nCOVID-19 UPDATE \nHere are some guidelines to help both humans and animals stay safe and healthy. \nIf your pet needs Veterinary attention and: \n\nYou have been overseas within the last 14 days\nYou’re experiencing symptoms\nNeed to self-isolate\n\nPLEASE PHONE US FOR ADVICE AND WE CAN MAKE A PLAN \nIn line with social distancing recommendations\, we are keeping waiting times to a minimum.  We ask you to: \n\nWhen arriving for your appointment\, please wait in your car.\nPlease phone us from your car on arrival. We will talk to you over the phone regarding your pets visit today.\nWhen we are ready to see your pet\, we will collect your pet from the car. You will need to remain in your car.  If the Vet has any further questions\, they will call you.  We will call you for payment over the phone.\n\nPlease phone ahead to order required prescription\, medicine repeats or food\, worming and flea control in advance so we can arrange to have them ready for you without the need to wait. \nWe are working hard to ensure we can continue to provide complete Veterinary care. \nThank you for your understanding and cooperation.  This situation is rapidly evolving\, and we will provide updates as required.
